Tiffany E. Hall, owner and founder, leads her experienced staff in elder law and care, medicaid and estate planning, oil and gas landowner disputes, title transactions, will disputes, real estate property disputes, and tangled title cases.
Over the past 4 years, Tiffany has been instrumental in developing a niche in the urban development of economically depressed areas of Pittsburgh with clients who are facing tangled title property ownership issues. These tangled title cases are the leading cause of property blight, property abandonment and homelessness in urban areas.
Tiffany E. Hall is a native of West Virginia and lifelong Mountaineer. She is a 2009 graduate from West Virginia University where she received a Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Studies, with minors in Business Administration, Communications and Political Science. She is the recipient of the Presidential Award of Excellence in Scholarship for the 2008 Fall and Spring semesters.
In 2009, Tiffany entered the Oil and Gas Industry during the Marcellus Shale Boom. Over the last 14 years, Tiffany has performed title searches all over the nation, focusing mainly on the Tri-State area of West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. She has managed several large merger and acquisition projects between oil and gas tycoons, including the Southwestern Energy acquisition for $4.4 billion of Statoil’s shale sites in 2014.
In 2019, Tiffany received her Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law as a member of the Part-time Evening Division. Along with her JD, Tiffany graduated with concentrations in Real Estate Law, Corporate Governance and Transactions, Estates and Federal Income Tax, and Moral and Mission Life. She is the 2019 awardee of the John J. Sciullo Peer Excellency Award demonstrating qualities proving that she is worthy of the admiration and respect of fellow students.
Tiffany quickly integrated her real estate experience, new legal knowledge and love for helping others to develop the Tangled Title Program in 2019. This program provides a broad range of legal services related to real estate and economic development in distressed communities in the Pittsburgh area.
Tiffany is currently the Tangled Title Adviser for the Duquesne University School of Law Urban Development Practicum where she mentors students on legal matters arising from tangled title cases. She prepares students for dreary conversations with clients regarding death, the loss of loved ones, and losing family assets. In 2021, the Division received a large endowment from the Heinz Foundation. She looks forward to using this endowment to pioneer the rebuilding of low-income areas of Pittsburgh, combating homelessness, and revitalizing property beautification.
In addition to her educational and professional careers, Tiffany is a devoted single mother to her two beautiful daughters, and one amazing cat. In her free time, she enjoys creating ways to make the world a better place, volunteering, and maintaining her close spiritual bond with the Creator. She also enjoys reading long historical legal documents including, but not limited to, the Constitution and the Federalist Papers.
Tiffany is from an economically depressed area of West Virginia and understands the importance of giving back to the community. Tiffany gives back to the community by providing quality legal representation without the high invoice.
